Job description
· General reception duties
· Answering the switchboard
· Website advertising
· General administrative duties
· Handling client queries, walk-ins etc.
· General database/data capturing duties
· Excel statistics capturing and graphs
· Events and promotions
Required Skills
- Administrative Skills: 4 to 5 years
- Switchboards: 4 to 5 years
- Microsoft Excel Formulas And Graphs: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
· Highly computer literate, with advanced skills in MS Excel (NON-NEGOTIABLE) and Word – Please DO NOT apply if you are inexperienced with Excel formulas and graphs.
· Strong administration and organizational abilities
· Must be well presented, hardworking and driven
· Experienced in client relations with a command of the English language and excellent telephone manner – A MUST
· Accurate typing skills – A MUST
· Reliable and conscientious worker
· Previous work experience in office environment (real estate environment preferrable)
· Attention to detail and speed
· Own vehicle and driver’s license (not negotiable)
Personal Skills/Attributes
· Effective communicator, both written and verbal
· Must be a good team player with initiative
· Organised
· Cool, calm and collected
· Patient when dealing with multiple staff members and clients
· Ability to multitask and work across different projects
· Self-starter
· Previous switchboard experience an advantage
