Responsibilities
- Being able to follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
- Being able to follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery. Having energy to produce products from an early hour.
- Take accurate stock take on a weekly basis.
- Tell the bakery manager when an ingredient is almost out of stock and order from the correct supplier
- Assist in the preparation of various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
