Job Description
To provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules to niche clients
- Arrange all travel across the value chain, from flight bookings to travel insurance and deal with complaints by working alongside the Leadership Team to reach resolution
- Achieve monthly targets set out by line management by capitalising on sales opportunities, promoting destinations, tour packages and other services
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes, transportation schedules and advise clients on travel information e.g., visas, passports, itineraries, currency, language, safety, health, etc.
- Source travel products and information for up-market clients and organise extras for VIP clients or special occasions
- Shop on behalf of the customer on the eBucks Online Shopping
- Arrange and issue airline and other tickets, arrange bookings, appointments and reservations for customers and process payments from clients by paying suppliers, to obtain confirmation documentation
- Alert clients to terms and conditions of travel, e.g., cancellation policies, and assist with after hour emergency duty
- Establish new initiatives and creative ideas for this desk
